Good custom teamwear does not stop at delivery. Your order is only finished when your team is happy with it.
Custom sportswear is still human work: designs, sizes, fabrics, zippers, planning and delivery all need to line up. We check a lot, but if something still goes wrong, we want to know quickly. Then we look into it, answer honestly and find a fair solution.
In 2025, several orders showed issues with defective zippers. That was on us. Customers who reported it were helped or repaired free of charge. We also learned something painful: if customers do not tell us, we sometimes discover a problem too late. That is why our service promise is now much more visible.

We review what happened and clearly explain what falls under warranty, repair or normal wear.
If something went wrong in product or follow-up, we look for a practical solution: repair, replacement or a targeted compensation.
Let us know right away. A photo, order number and short explanation are usually enough to move quickly.
